The suite is positioned above a two car garage, allowing the project to maximize usable area while minimizing its impact on the site. Exterior materials include dark standing-seam metal cladding paired with vertical wood screening, creating a modern yet warm façade that fits comfortably within its surroundings. Generous glazing connects the interior to outdoor decks and landscaped spaces, bringing natural light deep into the home.
