The challenge of this design was to renovate an existing downtown office building from top to bottom and add an additional 5000 sq.m of office space while the building is 80% occupied. The original cladding from 1958 is replaced with a curtain wall system maximizing the floor area while introducing a standard 5' office grid.

tenant improvement
The tenant improvement of this 6-storey, downtown office building focused on providing functional, flexible corporate offices and meeting rooms. Clarity of circulation and synergies between departments were essential requirements of the design. Open, transparent, modular wall systems allows light to permeate throughout each floor. The main floor meeting room suite offers a variety of amenities for entertaining clients.

tenant improvement
This interior renovation project located in south-east Calgary focused on the design of office, meeting room, laboratory and classroom expansion for Sanjel Corporation. The crush space outside of the classrooms served as foyer, gathering and display space for the end-user's Learning Centre.
