This project consists of the design and construction of the regional centre for an established company in the oil service industry. The facilities include a state-of-the-art bulk plant, multiple service bays with integral office component and a separate wash bay building.

This project consisted of the complete renovation of a former storage warehouse into a large vehicle maintenance facility in south-east Calgary. The resulting design resembled a series of buildings within a building. A total of seven service bays were adapted to accommodate large vehicles belonging to an oil services company. Three large, structurally independent, cranes were installed within the existing pre-engineered facility. Support services included offices, classrooms, change rooms, electronics lab and lunchroom.
