The design of the crucifix for the entrance at Holy Trinity Academy features a LED lighted cross with colours responding to the liturgical seasons of the Catholic Church. The bronze figure was designed by Reinhard Skoracki of Calgary. The figure is mounted on a telescopic support. The clear stained, white birch background appears to float off the adjacent wall and ceiling.

The design of the tower was inspired by the 'Triquatra', an ancient religious symbol representing the Trinity. The symbol has particular relevance for the students and staff at Holy Trinity Academy. The tower is of steel construction, stands 14 meters high and is located at the main entrance of the high school.
