Bay Point is a condominium development at the shore of the Glenmore Reservoir. Iwanski Architecture was part of the consultant team together with Entuitive working on the renovation and modernization of the building envelope of 36 units at the Bay Point Townhouse complex. The board of owners had decided to replace it as significant failures had been discovered. Again, our team developed sustainable and durable solutions while at the same time updating the look to have a modern but classic appeal.

The unique character of this addition is a contrast to the attached, brick-clad suburban home. The facade's vertical cedar planks complement the adjacent forestation, A large corner window offers views of the backyard and neighbouring woods. A shared exterior deck and an interior link to a shared kitchen connect the existing house to the addition.
